Just like our Save the Dates, we didn't really need to order invitations for 10 guests, but we wanted to because even an "unwedding" like ours deserves special touches. I wanted something simple and fun to help our family and friends get excited about our celebration.
I narrowed down all the options to a couple that I loved and then let T choose the final design. We ended up going with "Simple Spotlight" because they were similar to our Save the Dates, allowed us to use two photos, and we could customize the wording inside. Plus, I loved the margarita-coloured stripes and the fun square shape!
You guys, the inside of the invitation is what really made me excited! I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. No capitalization. "Your love and friendship have helped us become who we are." The ability to write "picnic to follow (and then drinks at snooty!)." I absolutely love it. It is so us.
