happy monday!

Probably the happiest thing that happened recently was that Tony and I got our marriage license on Friday! I haven't been that excited or nervous going into Service New Brunswick since I was 16 and doing my driver's examine. 

As soon as I had that piece of paper in hand, all of the other wedding stuff I still have left to do felt less important. "We're getting married!" I told Tony, before kissing him—probably aggressively. 

Other things that made me happy: 

// Spending time catching up with Tiffy. It's wonderful to have the kind of friendship where no matter how long it's been since you've seen each other, it feels like no time has passed at all.

// Picking T up from the airport, of course.

// Going for a country drive with Dad and Tony.

// Beating my dad at crib—again. 

// Dad sending me a text that said, "I think Tony is cool."

// A package and note from Rosie.

// Picaroons beer.

// Chicken caesar salad at Pizza Hut. (Just being real.)
