This week had its ups and downs. Wedding stuff, school stuff, life stuff. But! Ceremony time is decided! Hotel, hair, and make-up are booked! We survived an indoor day because of pollution and being short a TA. And I got medicine for my ear infection.
It seems like a switch flipped this week. My kids are going crazy—spring fever, end-of-year excitedness, whatever you want to call it—and I've reached that point where it's like, "I've been teaching for 9 months; I'm done. I can't." but I think I just realized, I only have 3 weeks left with them. So of course, I'll keep going and I'll enjoy the bittersweetness of it.
I ate delicious food tonight from many different countries (hooray, school multicultural food fair!), danced and jumped around with kids, and helped out.
And now I'm lying in bed, sweaty and with dirty feet—sure signs of a good time.

I hear 'ya! Those 3 weeks seem so short but so long at the same time and it feels like the whole school has gone absolutely crazy!! But..only 3 weeks.. :-)
