we're not going to have a wedding.

Jammin' & dancin' around the apartment because Tony and I just tried to make a guest list and ended up deciding we're not going to have a wedding. At least, we're not going to have a "wedding." But beautiful & true words will be spoken, rings will be exchanged, kisses will happen, best friends and immediate family will witness it, delicious food will be eaten. And there may be temporary tattoos. And maybe frozen yogurt. And maybe sparklers and twinkle lights.

P.S. The truth about our relationship, our non-engagement photos, our engagement story, and why I want to elope.

  1. Sparklers, fro-yo and temporary tattoos? Probably the best wedding ever then! We had a tiny wedding and I wouldn't have done it any other way!

  2. Your " wedding" sounds great! I love intimate weddings where the couples are celebrating their love for eachother instead of wanting the wedding to be perfect. X Fatima

  3. My wedding was very small but if doing it over would go somewhere nice and just have an intimate ceremony with close family only.

  4. Sounds perfect. The best and only thing to do is do what you both want.

  5. If I had to do ours over again, our "small" wedding would be even smaller. The very important people would be there and the rest, well, they can read about it later. :)

  6. Perfect! Weddings can be SO overrated, and as long as a few special loved ones are there, you can make it more about you and Tony v. about 50+ people that may or may not come. Plus, I'm diggin' the sparklers, temp tattoos (obviously ones that have Amanda + Tony in a heart that look like those old school "I love mom" tats, amiright?) and froyo! Anyways, your ideas sound perfect (:
