tip for baking cupcakes and muffins.

You know how if you're baking cupcakes or muffins and some of the holes in the tin are left empty, you're supposed to fill them with water so everything bakes evenly? You can place an ice cube in each hole instead! Less mess and it's quick and easy!

I realize some (or most) of you may have known this already, but as a girl who rarely bakes, I was delighted when I learned this trick!
