I've been sick with a bad cold/flu combo since Friday. That means I've spent my days since then going back and forth from my bed to the couch, haven't showered or worn actual clothes (until this morning when I went back to work), and have felt pretty miserable. (I still can't breathe out of my left nostril and my body is TIRED.)
But! These two things have made my life a bit better:
This bubble bar from Lush made my Sunday night. It smelled good and made my skin feel soft. I definitely felt comforted. The website says the bar is enough for two baths, but I only used a quarter of it and had plenty of bubbles.
Organic Cold 911 Tea
This stuff is a life saver. I hate taking medicine, so when I discovered this at David's Tea this summer, I knew I had to try it. Every time I have a cold, I drink this and feel better (at least for a little while). I'll be honest, the smell put me off a bit, but it actually tastes good!
I promise this isn't an ad or a sponsored post. I just wanted to share 2 things that are cheering me up right now. Whether or not you're feeling sick, it's never a bad idea to take a bath or drink some tea. (If you don't have a cold though, can I suggest Toasted Walnut? It's my favourite!)
