I hadn't heard of the "30 Day Shred." Would you recommend it? Note: I am a "limp spaghetti noodle" on the fitness scale.

DeleteI would definitely recommend it. I am only 4 days in but I love it so far. I'm in okay shape but have never been a "regular" exerciser. It was just this month that I began running regularly and I wanted to add some other exercises to the mix, particularly strength. The "30 Day Shred" has 3 levels so it's good for beginners who want to progress at their own pace. You definitely have to push yourself though; it may only be a 20 minute workout but you're sore afterwards!
