thumbs up.

"Thumbs up" is not a gesture I normally use, but lately, my thumb's been seeing lots of action:

"Actually, I'm getting hot chocolate. Oh, you too?" Thumbs up. 

"We're going to play a game?! Yes!" Thumbs up.

"You got a new haircut! I love it!" Yup, you guessed it... Thumbs up. 

Earlier today, I called my Nan to tell her I'd definitely be coming home for Thanksgiving. Nan is not easily excited but when I said I'd be home, she exclaimed, "Yes!!!" 

I smiled, laughed, and said, "Nan, it makes me so happy to know that you're that excited to see me!" 

She replied, "I have my thumb up, too!"

I'm my grandmother's granddaughter :)
