twist and shout

Like I said yesterday, this week has been a long one. It seems like the weekend will be too, in the sense that there is so much work to do. But, I know that it will seem to go by crazy fast and I'll be left wondering where did the weekend go?!

Last night, my roomies and I watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off (I did homework while watching), and I was reminded of how much I love this scene: 

I think we should all twist and shout once in a while; it's a great way to relieve stress!
