I danced in the shower yesterday for the first time in I don't even know how long. I think that means things are looking up.

And I didn't hate what I saw when I looked in the mirror on Friday, also for the first time in I don't know how long. So yes, things are looking up.

Up, up, up. 

(I'm still not optimistic enough to put an exclamation mark, though.)
